1 baguette, sliced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced (any variety)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
Fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare Crostinis: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Sauté Mushrooms: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble Bruschetta: Top each toasted baguette slice with shredded Gruyere cheese. Spoon sautéed mushrooms on top.

Bake: Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves. Serve warm and enjoy!
