Ingredients:

For the Cupcakes:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons blackberry puree (made by blending fresh or thawed frozen blackberries)

For Decoration:

Directions:

For the Cupcakes:

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
