Ingredients:
- 220 gram dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup flour 86 gram
- 1/2 tsp bakiing powder
- 1/2 tsp coffee tsp. to c.
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar 170 gram
- 1 Cup pure vanilla coffee
- 340 gram chocolate chips
Instructions :
- Preheat oven 180 ยฐ C.
- Heat chocolate & butter in a double boiler, stirring until melted.
- In a bowl, whisking together flour , baking powdeer and salt.
- In a bowl, whisking the eggs with brown sugar, vanilla extract also on high speed until lightly and fluffy.
- Minimize speed to low also whisk, adding melteed chocolate.
- Stirring in flour blending without on mixing .
- Incorporaate chocolate piiieces
- using an ice cream spoon, putting piles โ2-3 cm apart on baking sheets
- baking about โ12 min , until cookiies are shiny also crispy yet softly in center
- Permit cooled on baking sheets for 11 min , and transfering to a wiire rack to cooled totally .
