This chicken recipe is a recent discovery. I usually cook meat using my slow cooker, but most of those recipes are pot roasts. This one though is a little different because of the flavor. It reminds you of those grill parties during summers wherein you can smell all those succulent meat flavors being grilled. This chicken recipe is perfect for sandwiches, but if you like, you can also serve this over piping hot rice. Either way, you will still fall in love with the taste of the meat. To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast halves
  • Mayonnaise (can sub greek yogurt)
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Seasoning salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can sub greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings.
  2. Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
