Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons sugar (adjust according to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons gelatin powder
3 tablespoons cold water
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Make the White Cheesecake Layer:
