1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for added flavor)
1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional for a hint of sweetness)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Red chili flakes (optional for heat)
Instructions:
Season the Chicken: Begin by seasoning the chicken bites with salt and pepper. Make sure they are well coated.
Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
