Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:
Brown the Ground Beef:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
SautΓ© the Vegetables:
Add the diced onion, carrot, and celery to the pot with the ground beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
