INGREDIENTS:
100 gr butter
240 gr water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
130 gr flour
3 eggs
2 gr vanillin
Powdered sugar
METHOD :
- In a saucepan, melt the butter with sugar, salt and water.
- Then add the flour and mix.
- Whip the eggs with the vanilla and pour into the dough.
- Transfer the mixture to the pastry bag and fry the churros.
- Serve with the chocolate sauce.
