Ingredients

Ripe bananas: 4, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces

Sugar: 1/4 cup (50 grams)
Unsalted butter: 3 tbsp (45 grams)
Honey or maple syrup: for drizzling
Powdered sugar: for dusting

Directions

Prepare Bananas:
In a bowl, toss the banana slices with cinnamon and sugar until evenly coated.

Fry Bananas:
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
