Milk cake. Very easy!
This simple milk cake is perfect for any occasion and can be served as a delightful dessert or sweet snack.
INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Milk
- Wheat flour
- Baking powder
- Vanilla essence (optional)
- Butter or margarine for greasing
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and grease a cake mold with butter or margarine to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until you achieve a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Gradually add the milk to the egg-sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Slowly incorporate the wheat flour into the mixture, stirring gently until all the ingredients are fully combined.
- Once the flour is fully incorporated, add the baking powder and vanilla essence (if using), and mix again until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the prepared batter into the greased cake pan, spreading it evenly.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.
- Once cooled slightly, carefully unmold the cake and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve the milk cake once it has cooled to your desired temperature.
