Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร13 inch pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mash bananas, add sugar and butter, mix.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then dry ingredients. Mix.
- Bake for 30 mins. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Frost cake.
