Ingredients:

9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced
4 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink.
Spread one cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Combine ricotta, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and spread half over the noodles. Add half of the cooked chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella, and โ…“ cup of Parmesan.
Repeat layers and top with the remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.
